Vision and leadership

How do you cast vision at your church?  As a leader it is crucial that we be able to the see the possibilities and "what if" dreams.  We have to be able to look beyond what is and see the potential of what can be. 

One of the areas I am working on is making sure that I am always casting vision for the future.  Whether in a sermon or when I meet with people individually.  The second area I am working on is trying to teach other ministry leaders about casting vision and being able to lead their teams "where no man/woman has gone before."  To allow God to inspire faith in us and to use us to inspire faith in others.
